Refund Policy

We hope that you do like and enjoy your purchase.  However, we understand things happen and we do accept returns within 30 days.  If you decide to return, for any reason, we can only accept unused, new condition merchandise.   Our bags are handmade with love, inspected 3 times prior to shipping, and each order packaged by hand.  We do not re-sell used items and we donate any damaged/defective items to local community efforts/organizations. 

A 15% restocking fee will be applied, and you will be responsible for return shipping.  Damaged merchandise will not be accepted nor refunded.   Any shipping or expedited shipping fees, paid upon purchase, will not be refunded upon return.  The 15% restocking fee is to cover costs associated with paying a team member to review and take photos of the return, process the return so that you receive your refund timely, and repackaging costs.
